I scheduled an online an appointment on Saturday after finding mice droppings in some areas in my house, for the following Monday estimate with Expert Wildlife Company after searching on home advisor for pest Control Company I did call on Monday morning confirming the appointment for that same date at 1pm, and was confirmed. They came and checked the house and outside areas and also detected flying squirrels in the attic, we had used another company and believed the problem was fixed, and as I was pointed out the evidence of current activity. After explaining the process, warranty, availability and the cost, I agreed and on the scheduled day, the company with 3 employees arrived and worked approximately 4 hours from sealing openings to install one way doors for squirrels exits, and scheduled to comeback after 10 days for a mice traps, and after multiple trips according to activity will remove all one way doors and seal final locations. They do not use any kind of poison and are kind to wildlife, I had Sheppard hook poles on the deck with bird feeders, bird food all over the floor, which invites all kinds of animals close to the house, suggested how to feed birds and wildlife at a distance away from the house, as well as firewood storage further away from the house to prevent animals to get close to the home, this was done at the estimate phase, prior to the agreement. Great people skills and customer service. Update: following up appointments done as per agreement and very happy to report of no additional droppings and the running noise has stopped, evidence of job well done.
These guys were great! Super prompt response to our bat issue. Gave us a very reasonable estimate and explained the entire scope of the work to be done and stuck with their promised schedule. They even did a little extra work at no charge. Highly recommend!!

The Contractor removed pigeons from siding approximately 30 ft high at one side of the house, removed and cleaned their nest, and installed screens to prevent their return. Cost of the work was in the middle of the Contractor's ave. range for this work. The work was done in a timely manner, professionally, and excellently.

They were exceptionally knowledgeable about strategies to remove squirrels who had moved into the wall between our chimney and house. They arrived as scheduled, took time to view all possible ways the varmints were entering. They set traps, installed a controller and boarded up entry ways, then came back the next day to remove traped squirrels and reassure us that these unwelcome visitors were gone and would not return. I highly recommend them and will surely call on them again.

This is a wonderful father/son team and they are the only mouse exterminators I've ever met who don't use poison! They actually take the time to do the exclusions by packing every hole inside and around the exterior of the house and set traps inside that they check weekly and remove all the mice they catch. Pricier than going the poison route but should be more thorough in the long run. SUPER happy we found these guys

Although the job was a little more expensive than I expected it would be (when they quoted me), they responded immediately, were efficient, informative, and pleasant. That afternoon while I was at work, they checked out what my uninvited raccoon guests had done then called me to let me know what was going on. They came the next morning to put out traps and then returned a couple of days later to cut down tree limbs (their access to my roof), fix the damage to get into my "attic" area, and removed the "guest." I would definitely recommend them.
